The Ruxton is the perfect cabin for those who want every room to have a view. Built on a high bank lot, it boasts a huge deck overlooking the nearby water front. The building consists of a main room that serves as the kitchen, living room and eating area. This main room is flanked on either side by two identical bedrooms. This gives each couple or person great privacy and of course a wonderful room with a view.

As you can see, the Ruxton cabin kit is 44feet wide and about 20feet deep not including the deck. This makes for a very wide profile most suited to a lot that has a view as this one did. This is a sample layout of the inside, you can lay yours out differently of course and even make the rooms larger if needed. The Ruxton had an external Bath house, which was bought also as a kit and assembled on site.Bath houses are often built seperately when internal plumbing is not wanted and many people opt to use our line of Sun Mar composting toilets for their septic needs.
